Center Bead Silver Ring

A ring of heavy shaped silver centered on a single silver bead flanked by incised lines - weight and simplicity carrying the design, with the incising cut into the metal as its only worked detail. The mass of the band is itself the statement.

The design is dated through the maker's records, appearing in Spratling's wholesale catalogs from about 1938 until 1945, which places it squarely in the first design period at Las Delicias.
