Silver pendant of an Aztec butterfly. The only known authentic example of this pendant is one that was given by Spratling as a gift to a friend, Mrs. Sutherland. There have been a great many copies of this pendant made since 1994 when the first photograph of the pendant was published in the book "Mexican Silver" by Morrill and Berk.
